Introducing Brunch & blueprints
There's something about how a simple cup of coffee can transform into a catalyst for meaningful connections. The Swedes have a beautiful word for this: "fika”. Taking a break to enjoy coffee and treats with friends, making it an essential part of their cultural fabric. From the Ethiopian coffee ceremony "buna" where communities gather for hours to share news and stories, to the Arabic tradition of "qahwa" symbolizing hospitality and friendship, cultures worldwide recognize coffee's power to unite people. As we get into 2025, I'm excited to share my vision for building a vibrant remote creative community, starting with the upcoming "Brunch & Blueprints" meetup in Berlin.

Like the Dutch "koffietijd" - a sacred daily ritual of coffee and conversation - these moments create space for authentic connection and creativity to flourish. This is why I'm thrilled to announce our second community gathering of 2025: Brunch & Blueprints in Berlin. Join fellow travel industry professionals for a post-ITB brunch where we'll debrief, share insights and look at creating a plan for the next chapter. This is a gathering where creative minds can connect, share experiences, and craft blueprints for future collaborations over freshly brewed coffee and delicious brunch treats.

Preparing for Your Berlin Experience
To make the most of both ITB and our community gatherings, we're offering two opportunities to connect:
Pre-ITB Café Coworking (Monday, March 3rd)
Start your ITB week in true Berlin style at our favourite local café. We've reserved a cozy corner where you can:
Work alongside fellow creatives in a laid-back café atmosphere
Enjoy some of Berlin's best coffee while finalising your ITB preparations
Meet other attendees before the trade show begins
Host impromptu meetings or focus on your own work
The café offers plenty of power outlets, reliable wifi, and of course, excellent coffee and light bites. Location details will be shared upon registration.
Location and accommodation tips:
- Both our café coworking and brunch venues are centrally located in Mitte
- We recommend booking your accommodation early, as ITB week gets busy
- Consider staying in nearby neighborhoods like Prenzlauer Berg or Kreuzberg for a more local experience
- Don't forget to download the BVG app for easy navigation of Berlin's public transport
